About Us

A warm and welcoming residential care home where care is personal and everyone is treated as an individual. With just 18 residents, our team has the time to know the people who live here: favourite routines, favourite meals, and the little things that make a place feel like home.

We support residents to keep their independence, with reassurance and care around the clock. Our in-house chef prepares fresh, home-cooked meals each day, and families, friends and pets are always made welcome.

Under new ownership since April 2026, Beechcroft is undergoing a thoughtful modernisation programme, with capital investment recently made in new resident’s call system, CCTV and IT, together with a rolling programme of room refurbishment and upgrades. Part of Willis Franklin Care Ltd, a family owned and run entity, Beechcroft exemplifies the family focused and individual first ethos that is at the core of Willis Franklin Care values.

Friendly, welcoming staff who go above and beyond caring for the residents. A good variety of activities provided every day. Rooms are extremely comfortable. A beautiful, safe garden with plenty of seating.

Mum has spent her last few months at Beechcroft. The care, support and love she was shown was outstanding. All staff went above and beyond to make her last months happy. A special mention to Jess & Jen the managers, always there for support.

The staff can't do enough for Mum and the care she gets couldn't be bettered. Although a difficult decision Mum feels really at home and all visitors are looked after with the same care and dedication. Would recommend to anyone needing a home.

Amazing, friendly & caring staff. Ourselves and my father-in-law are always made very welcome. His care needs and his social needs are always met and nothing is too much trouble. Room he stayed in was excellent, very roomy, home from home.
